This banner stand has a 30 day warranty for the roll-up mechanism from the order date. Should your hardware fail to operate (I.e. the mechanism no longer retracts) within this period through normal indoor use and proper handling, we will replace the banner stand at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the vinyl banner material or cosmetic damage to the stand through normal use.

Please note that leaving a banner stand up over long periods can lock the mechanism. We suggest cycling the mechanism weekly if always on display.
