To replenish lost electrolytes, helping to aid hydration status during exercise. Two level scoops mixes with 500ml of water to deliver 40g of carbohydrates in a light, refreshing beverage. This will ensure enough energy for 40-60 minutes of moderate to intense exercise! For those participating in more intense exercise bouts, take advantage of our dual carbohydrate source. Research on traditional sports drinks suggests that you can only consume 40-60g carbohydrate per hour. However our Intra Energy Drink uses a dual energy source in the form of maltodextrin and fructose, meaning you can consume substantially more carbohydrates – up to 90g per hour in fact.
